Whatever their level, all job seekers can benefit from formal or learb by doing training (in companies), leading to qualifications and targeted on a profession sought by employers or enabling them to be self-employed.
This training is carried out with the help of external skills (Vocational Training Centres, Cabinets, voluntary companies)

FORMAL TRAINING
These are training programmes designed by the NEF on the basis of an analysis of the labour market. These programmes can also be initiated at the request of an employer for the benefit of a jobseeker who requires additional training for hiring. It is a short term training.

LEARN BY DOING TRAINING
This is an apprenticeship in a profession that enables candidates to gain a Professional qualification and to move towards salaried or self-employment. The duration of this type of training varies between one week and one year.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION

• To be registered in one of the NEF Agencies
• To have formulated a request for training during the orientation interview
